Audio problems

Hello, I would like to discuss the problematic issue with the games audio I've have been playing the game for years and up until a couple of seasons ago the audio worked perfectly but since the games audio has been very inconsistent and not reliable I love this game if you will take this note into consideration look in the files or rework the audio please.
