Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

I logged into EAhelp today to see my ban was finally overturned after months of appealing. When I went to go and play the game it said that I am still banned. What do I do? UPDATE 10/28/2023: After ...

You guys can obviously try to dispute the ban with EA Support

Dispute already made, just waiting for the answer that should come next week.

For now is good to talk about the situation in other places, we know that EA support kinda sucks and lacks from real answer after 3 tickets.

Going to update here as soon as I get an answer, depending on what happens next, I'm going to take some decisions about what to do, good luck to y'all with your personal cases too.
