Banned, doesen’t get my mail

Hi! For 5 days Ago I got banned after some weird things happening to my account while I was asleep. I woke up the next day to origin beeing online on a different computer, and finding my rp for ranked not beeing the same when I left. So i made a case to Ea telling them everything i know, wondering if they could check the Ips used on my account.

I’ve seen the case beeing updated but I can’t read or see anything at all when i click on my case. Am I supposed to see Eas answers on the case I made? Or are they supposed to send a mail? Cause I started wondering when they pointed out that I will get a mail within 72 hours, but haven’t heard anything for 5 days

  • @EA_Aljo was my bad again on the live support, thought I wasn’t allowed to pick any other option then banned or suspended since my origin got shut down, but after a few tries I managed to pick ghe hacked topic and got in touch with some really good help!

    @RNP_Mike after I talked to the live chat for 15 mins my account was back on. He helped my out securing my account and as soon as everything was dond he got both my origin and apex account unlocked!

    @Lakabodln thanks but since the account is banned it doesn't let me make a case on that topic i guess I just have to wait for the cases with the ban to actually go through. Hopefully they answer because they have just been updating the cases to "Can't sign in" even though i specify that I am wrong fully banned and potentially hacked.   

  • @RNP_Mike I thought I had the same problem with making the cases, cause when you try to make a case for the topic «hacked» you a question saying «we see you’ve bern banned to you want to make a case for that» that fully that but kinda. Then when you get that question just click no and continue making the hacked case. I also clicked yes cause I though that was ehat I had to do, but aperently not. So try that out and keep me updated on the case 😄

    I have all the cases on waiting on player and no one has reached out and contacted me or anything so I don't really know what to do from here can you give me a number or something to call because when i search for a live chat or a number nothing comes up. This emailing is really getting tiring bc 3 cases in a row i wait 72 hrs get the waiting for player and nothing, no emails nothing in the case and when i hit resume in the cases i throws me out to making a new case ask for contact info, username, email, etc. This is 9 days now plus i understood if it only impacted one game but I cant play anything basically all my games are from ea. 

    Please help me in what steps i should take next!

    @RNP_Mike 

    This is something that can't be handled through email. You need to open a case and choose the option for either a callback or live chat. Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode if you're having trouble with our site.

  • @EA_Aljo  thanks a lot got in contact with live chat today and put 2 step on my account this will keep the hackers out thanks again! Hope to see the people that helped me in games (Apex, TF2)
