Banned due to frequent abnormal logins. Seeking help from the community.
Hello everyone, Merry Christmas. I'm from Spain and my English is not very good.
I am an xbox series x player and my Apex account was banned on December 11th due to unusual login activity. After reviewing my EA account activity, I noticed frequent unusual logins from Sydney on December 2nd and December 5th. I believe my account information was hacked and misused during that time. What worries me even more is that these unauthorized logins continued on December 12th, 14th, and 15th after my Apex account was banned.
I have appealed three times already,but all my appeals got rejected.I was indeed too nervous and anxious in my first two appeals, I did not calm down and describe the situation clearly,wasting two valuable opportunities,the departments of EA may not have sufficient understanding of the situation I encountered.Now I can only look for other solutions to my APEX ban problem in EAanswerHQ,I really need help!!!! I hope someone can help me or tell me what I should do!😢😢😢
