Banned due to frequent abnormal logins. Seeking help from the community.

Hello everyone, Merry Christmas. I'm from Spain and my English is not very good.
I am an xbox series x player and my Apex account was banned on December 11th due to unusual login activity. After reviewing my EA account activity, I noticed frequent unusual logins from Sydney on December 2nd and December 5th. I believe my account information was hacked and misused during that time. What worries me even more is that these unauthorized logins continued on December 12th, 14th, and 15th after my Apex account was banned.
I have appealed three times already,but all my appeals got rejected.I was indeed too nervous and anxious in my first two appeals, I did not calm down and describe the situation clearly,wasting two valuable opportunities,the departments of EA may not have sufficient understanding of the situation I encountered.Now I can only look for other solutions to my APEX ban problem in EAanswerHQ,I really need help!!!! I hope someone can help me or tell me what I should do!😢😢😢

    I have used up three opportunities to appeal. Will they continue to review my fourth appeal?

    @ArSongYuan If they had told you not to expect a different response, then sadly that means the account would remain banned.

    @Midnight9746 Thank you for your reply and help, I will continue to appeal until successful. Apex has been with me for 4000 hours and I really don’t want to give it up.

  • This is my fourth appeal. It appears that all appeals from the fourth appeal onwards will be ignored. Even though I submitted all the picture evidence, the rebuttal based on time and IP address still didn't work.

    @ArSongYuan As mentioned prior, this issue cannot be resolved on the forums, and judging by what you've stated, the EA TOS Team had denied the case 3 times, and decided to uphold the ban. At which point, there's nothing else that can be done, as the account will remain banned.

    The EA Community Managers on the forums are not able to look into or resolve hacked or banned accounts.
