Banned for no reason

I went through the webform process and it has been 12 days with no response, I was on a live chat with EA, when I asked about my case they said it was under review and that I would get a response in two days, it has been five since then and still no response, can I please just directly talk to someone instead of doing a webform that doesn't get me a single response in 12 days. I got banned for no reason when I hadn't played the game in almost 2 months. I go through the process EA tells me to and I am still here with my account wrongly banned with no response.

I haven't played in a year and i've never been banned.

What's going on?

I wrote more times and i didn't got anwser. So i think don1T work the support! Please do something with this problem! I have this problem too!

ea I got transfers banned by giving my friends some money. why arent you guys responding? i have been waiting for un answer for a week. 

I downloaded Apex in April of 2019 and when I downloaded it from Steam 2 days ago (December 1), I found out I was banned. The email regarding my ban was sent on November 2nd when I hadn't played the game for over a year and a half.

Man you all suck really bad. “Wait for you response.” Literally are you all like playing with your thumbs or something? You’d think that the prospect of losing millions of players(some you’ve spent 20K+ on your game in the last 4 years alone......) the moment that some bozo company like WalMart decides to make an NFL football game would be encouragement enough for you all to get it together........stay on top of the traffic, update the gameplay, take out old 2015 banners that still scroll in the 2021 version..............Nah........you all need the real deal. We are going to see to it that we never have to wait for your response again, after this year! Let the FIFA guys be left to deal with this atrocity of a customer support team.

Ryt see this is a issue I have to I’ve contacted support cos I have a second hand console previously owner got suspended sum how even tho he’s never played fifa in his life so ea support just keep saying they need to investigate which they then say they do then they say previous owner needs to contact them again n again n again rather than just unbanning a * it address that shoulder have received a console suspension in first place  hopefully one of ea support management can read this and actually * fix such a problem as there ea support staff r * useless I baught fifa 21 to play fut n boom device suspended asked them for 3 weeks sever tickets and same bs 

My Apex account got banned for no reason, Last time I played was lost have year. when I tried to play the past few time it showed that I was banned, at first I thought was a bug or my connection issue (china) so I thought I just wait a bit, It still not working when I tried a few weeks back, and I want to know Why was my account banned, Im really upset, I mean I pay money on skins and stuff and I get banned when I wasn't even playing the game for few months? I submit a ticket but I still haven't got an answer from support, is been almost 2 weeks.
