I have sent a ticket about this to EA customer serviceEA i have been for no reason and id like my account back i was banned once rightfully so because of my usernaame Osmabinlaggin but it had since been changed and was changerd before my second ban and they never once told me why i was banned indefitnly and ive spent a lot of money and time on this game i dont think i should have my account taken away for vitural no reason

Don't get your hopes up. I got the same treatment. Banned from Apex during ~1.5 years of being inactive on it. They told me I was cheating and that's it. I don't even have any bans in ban history. Good luck to everyone that was wrongfully banned.
damn, i got banned once and created a new account and got banned again for absolutely no reason, no ban history also.
same i got banned because they said my char move faster than intended in the game....REALLY, i was lagging like heck, how the eff did my char move faster? I don't even know how to use cheats program or what not, im not a tech savvy. This is frustarating, because i just started playing again after 6 month hiatus. First i got suspended because they said im cheating after 7 days they unsuspended it and then just 3 days after that they perma ban me when i did nothing at all, just doing normal daily and weekly with lag all over the place.
@karasu_ramYup same here I got banned cause "I was cheating" they don't even bother to do full investigation. Plus their response are always copy and paste. Imagine getting payed just to press 3 buttons, smh. Their power trips. Sadly I lost 400 on this game. On my ban history it doesn't even have a reason for my ban
