Banned For No reason

I got banned from 2 accounts for no reason every time I checked my email I didn’t see any messages I contacted them and they acted like they didn’t care I wasted hours and money on this game just for them to take it away from me without explanation I want my BAMLTZKING account back I tried speaking the nice way and there was no communication I had just unlocked my first ever heirloom I didn’t even get to ENJOY it because I had it for 1 week and on THANKSGIVING I got banned my other Account Banned For 7 days? For what reason it recommended me to “dispute” my ban but I honestly don’t have any faith in this community anymore they’re starting to care more about the $$$ then the fans sad to say that this is exactly why the game is dying because they’re not hearing the issues for my BAMLTZKING acc I got banned for talking crap then the 2nd time I got banned for using curse words in the chat if you didn’t want people to use it then why didn’t you guys CENSOR IT from the very BEGINNING We sign to agree to the terms of the game but if the game ALLOWS you to say these CURSE WORDS then IM ALLOWED TO SPEAK IT why would I get banned? If it’s ALLOWING ME TO FULLY PUT THE WORD OUT THERE I’ve been banned I believe 3-4 times due to the BS! I want my account back! I Have Rights To It It’s Not Fair that I didn’t even get to enjoy my first ever heirloom that I paid with my OWN MONEY I would literally waste $100 a WEEK just to get AC and all of it is now gone because some dude reported me at 5am on thanksgiving
