Banned from apex for no reason, and I haven't gotten a reason

A little while ago my apex legends account was banned for no reason, and I have yet to receive a reason as to why I was banned. I was mid game playing with my friend when my apex account that I have played on since season 9, was permanently banned. I have never used cheats, I never will use cheats. I have so many hours on that account, I want it back so bad. Please, can someone help?

    @LD2065 

    An advisor can give you the general reason. It would be the same as the email you received about this.
