Banned, No answer from Support
Hello,
I have made an appeal on EA support about the Apex ban and I have not got an answer. I have not played Apex Legend for a long time and I just came back to it, just to see that my account is banned.
I would like for Apex Legend Team and EA to look into this matter. Perhaps someone here or a staff member can help me out, The Appeal for Ban Dispute is abit weird, I can't even add anything to my case or see what they have reacted to my message I wrote there.
Hopefully this will get fixed because I got unjustly banned without any explaination or anything, I won't let my account go since I have like 2 or 3 heirlooms there.
My worries is that alot of players get banned for no reason and their account will not be unbanned and hopefully this is not the case for me since that would be not fair. I hope nobody will get this issue ever.
