yes i did email the ToS team and they replied that i am indeed cheating and suspended me for 28 days, am i using the custom desktop logo only for crosshair overlay. thats a bit too much for that, i mean the in game white dot cross hair is really bad and i can barely see it specially when its on a white area of the map like on the snow side. this is sad. ☹️Hey @HiTech_Nadz
Yha, using 3rd party software for that isn't allowed for creating a better crosshair.
You can find a list of all whitelisted software here: EAC - Whitelisted software
Maybe request more crosshair options so you can customize them in-game.
If a lot of people agree it might be added in the game, I mean I would support it 🤔But hey, at least it's not a permaban 😳
i had the same thing done , temp ban for 28 days but then after a few hours i got a mail for permanent ban . please like atleast should give one chance just for using a crosshair ,giving me a perma ban its not like aimbot ,but i admit its a third pt software .
