Battle pass stars not applying

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the current Aftershock Event Shop. Whenever I spend 250 cells to buy 10 battle pass stars, it just wont redeem them. I already bought 50 BP Stars, but I am still on the same level. In the shop it says that they should be automatically applied once redeemed, but even after a few days nothing happened. Can somebody help?
