Battlepass split 1 rewards not rewarded

I purchased battlepass split 1 couple hours ago and they are not showing up in game.

I purchased the Ultimate pass directly from the EA app, with money, not coins and not ingame, I was level 80 and I have the receipt and order number, it says its been handed out digitaly but that has not happened.

I own every battlepass and this is the first time I have had an issue, so just wondering how to fix it or where to turn to get the rewards i payed for. Packs skins materials and coins and such.

Should hopefully be an easy fix or atleast easy to check that i have received none of the awards

I dont post the order number on purpose, but can provide it.
