So I have tried the Clean Boot, and the only things I opened was File Explorer, Discord, Steam and Apex but sadly the pc still crashed the first time trying to load Apex. I have also stopped hardware acceleration on discord but still not working. I tried to do a full reset of my pc, but my pc said it was unable to do it (tried installing windows or whatever from both the cloud and the hard drive.

Community ManagerHmm, that's definitely concerning. If you aren't even able to reinstall Windows there might be a more serious issue happening. I think it would be best to reach out to Microsoft Support to see if they have any recommendations.
