Bug to Link my PlayStation account with my Xbox
I have recently linked my PlayStation account to my Xbox account to transfert my rewards but when I open the account menu , and I go in the window connections, I can see that my PlayStation account isn’t linked to my Xbox account and my rewards wasn’t transferred
. when I tried to reconnect it to my Xbox , it says that he is already connected to an account . Can anyone help me cause I know that this community is strong to solve some problems like that . Thank you 😀

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Your rewards and cosmetics cannot be transferred by linking your platform to a different EA Account. This will just result in your progress being lost.
If you've lost progress you'll need to re-link your platform to its original EA Account to try restoring access. This is not a guarantee but may help restore progress.
