Can EA ban me before I finished my suspension?
My account got suspended on June 12th for some things I've said on June 6th and I was willing to wait the week long suspension for it. However, a day later, on June 13th, my account got banned for something I said on June 9th. The email with the ban said that since I showed no change in behavior from my suspension, then they decided to ban me, but I wasn't even able to finish my suspension, therefore I couldn't prove that I wouldn't repeat my mistakes. Shouldn't I have been able to at least finish my suspension and prove that I won't repeat it again instead of being banned immediately after I got suspended? I wasn't even given a chance to show a change in behavior since I was suspended, and EA decided to ban me for something I said before my suspension too. I've already emailed them asking about this, but they don't address it and they keep sending an email saying that I should expect no further responses on the matter.
