Can i gift apex packs to a "banned" account?

My account got banned for 7 days because of my username.  Now my question is, can i gift the current offer in the store to the banned account ? The offer is gone in 5 days and i get the account bac...

    According to the gift guidelines/requirements the account must be in good standing.

    Not sure if it's going to work, as theoretically the account in question is not in good standing.

Hey @rrDoom,

A banned account would not be in good standing per the gifting guidelines @XHelperZ linked, which I'm afraid would keep it from being eligible to receive gifts.

Additionally, keep in mind that even aside from that requirement, you would need to be friends with the account for two weeks before you're able to send a gift. If you were just now setting up the account to try gifting, that also wouldn't be eligible in time.
