Cant claim my Amazon Prime gaming rewards

Disclaimer: This might be an issue on Amazons side, but I am still writing here about it to see if someone has the exact same problem as me or if someone has some ideas on how I could resolve it. Also this has been an issue for me for like 2-3 years and I have never been able to resolve this.

I have my amazon prime account, twitch account and EA account all connected correctly as can be seen in the images attatched to this post, but when I am trying to claim these rewards on the Prime Gaming website, it wants me to link my account first for some reason. When I try to link these accounts I just get an error stating:

Something went wrong...

We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later.

This is the reason why I think its a problem on Amazons side, in most cases when people have problems with claiming these rewards its because they have their accounts linked incorrectly.

I am writing this here before contacting EA support because I have contacted them in the past about this issue, but noone was able to help me resolve this. Also I have been trying to get in contact with Amazon Prime Gaming live chat support (directly from Amazon Prime Gaming website), but I have never been able to get connected with someone on their end. All it says is :
Waiting for a Customer Service associate to arrive...

This is probably a third time that I am trying to get in contact with them, but no matter how much I wait, I never get past this message.
