Can't reply to the EA employee in the case i've opened

the case gave me a notification that someone started a chat, yet when i try to click the button it sends me to start a new chat, i just want to be able to link my account back to my ps5 account but this page is so confusing to use and its impossible to resolve this on emails for what i've seen which would be soo much easier
