Caustic and mirage content relocked

Pay $20 for characters. Can’t play as caustic or mirage now. Xbox.

    Hi all, we are looking into this. Dev confirmed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/aqfj1g/having_an_issue_with_caustic_and_mirage_not/


    In the meantime some folks have already mentioned a workaround that should help: Choose Caustic or Mirage as your default/highlighted character and leave the Legend selection time out. 

    Marking as Solution purely to increase visibility, we DO NOT consider this issue resolved at this time.

I too have this issue, it appears to have happened after today's patch. I purchased both the founder and starter packs and used the credits to unlock mirage and caustic. I am playing/experiencing this issue on the xbox one platform. It appears the devs are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the bug, it appears to be affecting all versions. Devs have commented on their progress in the following reddit post
