Choppy gameplay regardless of stable high fps.

Hello, I have three questions. The first is that for some reason apex fps became unstable after the last 19 megabyte update. I used to have a stable 190 fps, now it often starts to drop to 120-130 when I throw a revenant ball and stand in it, so fps in general can drop under 90 or 70 and so on all maps, but on Olympus, there is a fountain in which if you pull the mouse hard or just shoot with the enemy, then the FPS is 90-110 at most, changed the driver, lowered the settings, nothing changes. The second question is about the smoothness of the game in general, I have a 240 hertz monitor, but if I play apex for a long time, then I start to notice that the smoothness is at 120 or 144 hertz and a friend has the same problem and we can’t normally because of this, playing, it feels like you are not sitting at ease.
