- for anyone still having this issue who, to their knowledge, doesn't use cheats or remapping software: I fixed mine by uninstalling the copy of rewasd that had been sitting untouched on my PC for years. It seems EAC is sniffing for that exe's presence on your PC, rather than checking that it is currently running.
