@Huntinwabits i never hacking/cheating in any FPS game and my first time banned account is in the apex legends

Hey @BannedAccountKDL

That issue is most of the time caused by a server-sided problem.
If you repair/reinstall the game you should get these crashes less often.
You should have received an mail informing you the rules you broke and the duration of the ban.
If you think this ban was applied by mistake, you best contact the Terms of Service team again
We cannot really help you with banned accounts here on Answer HQ.
