Code leaf and unable to connect to servers

When when I play in a party and press ready up screen goes black and I get code lead majority of the time. Then it takes me back to start screen and I can’t even get in. It’s really frustrating. Have tried everything and it’s mostly when I’m playing with people that it’s the worst
