Having the same issues through both steam and the EA App. Have tried just about everything you listed. Have filed reports, have tried to inquire through Twitter as well. Have got nothing but silence from EA / Respawn / Apex... Have played since season 0 and this has only started happening since the latest Aftershock update. Beyond frustrating.
