@EA_Kent usually i play on singapore , i tried using 8 other servers but i get same error on all of them it does not make a difference . sometimes code:net appears on the character select menu and other times after it . and happens almost every game .

Community ManagerGot it, thanks again. Were you ever able to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running on the PC that might be related to these disconnections, that could help to get around it.

Would you mind if we try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop these errors? When you can, please start off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps.

- @EA_Kent So I did clean boot but I still get code:net . I don't think the problem is with my pc or Internet because other games work fine . Only apex started code net . Furthermore most players from my country started having this issue since a week . I think the problem is with game servers which need to be fixed .
as you can see in the screenshot the loading stops in character select menu and then it gives code:net. the game is unplayable . and the problem is not my internet or pc because other games are working fine. after doing all the trouble shooting steps you told me and doing clean boot the problem still persists. I think the problem is with EA servers which give me and other players from my country code:net since 1 week but its not getting fixed

When you have the chance could you try running a UO Trace on your PC? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there is anything happening in between we should be able to spot it.

1. I am having code:net error since 1 week every game and apex is unplayable

Thanks for sending those results. The UO Trace looks pretty good. The ping stays low, and there isn't really any measurable packet loss. You mentioned that this is happening to other people in Pakistan as well. Are all the people you've heard from on the same internet provider? Are you all in the same area of Pakistan, or is it happening to people in other parts of the country as well?

- @EA_Kent when i had this issue i discussed in discord groups and facebook groups and almost all other pakistani players have the same issue. It's not the same area, other players live far away like 1000 kilometers away from me and other regions of the country and i don't think all of us use the same internet provider however the majority do.
- @EA_ one more thing i want to add that if i don't have code net in a game then that game lags, either it's code net or its lag, rarely i can play a normal game. a week ago everything was fine but since a week the game is unplayable
- @EA_Kent Will the issue be fixed or not ? i answered all of your questions and did everything you told me, but i still have code net
- @EA_Kent so i confirmed that the same issue is happening with different isps, and i contacted my isp about this issue they told me that the connection on their end is fine, once the connection leaves ISP and on to the EA servers side or some 3rd party connection to the EA servers, there is some problem and the server can not connect properly.

I am also facing this issue for weeks now. I am from pakistan too. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps and reached out to my isp. They said the issue is on Ea`s end. I have contacted your support multiple times but it has been futile. Kindly escalate this issue as it`s not just one player but hundreds of players from pakistan.
To let u know the situation we are in, the most Pakistan hasn't been able to play the game since the choas event theory. If the same thing was happing to everyone, then there would have been a serious threat to apex. We Pakistanis on all platforms are facing infinite code.net, logic error, 1000 ping in every server other then bahrain, cant join anyone(as it woulf kick us of code.net) and all of this is not happening rarely, its happening every time i boot up apex wishing the errors to go away.

Same, have been facing this issue for a week + now and have tried everything but to no avail.
- been two weeks since we all are unable to play. the issue is on server end. would be nice if can get some communication about any updates regarding this issue.
- @EA_Kent I think it's obvious that there is a connectivity problem with EA servers and EA needs to fix it. can you please update if you will fix this issue?
