What happens when the bug occurs? I got kicked out of a ranked match and told I was banned and given error code snake. I could not reconnect to the game or connect to any new game at all

Please fix this I just wanted to play some ranked to get out of silver and now I am not able to play the game at all. And reporting this to EA’s ban system seems to have made it worse or done nothing
i also have this problem and this is a big issue right now i have no infractions in my ban history and i have been give no clear answer i would love compensation or a damn good reason
