What happens when the bug occurs? i ready up in the main lobby and i load into a math and when the lobby filling screen pops up i get disconnected and it says "clients game account has been banned: Banned" then it changes to "unable to connect (code: snake)"
What should be happening instead? i shopuld be able to load into a match and not be banned

this is a big problem right now and ive done research and apparently it is a temp ban and this is unfair as i have done no forum of cheating and would like to be unbanned with or without compensation and please fix this
Every time I get into a game I get to play for a couple minutes then I get the Error code shoe which will disconnect me from my match. After I return to the lobby I get the Error code snake. I then checked my accounts ban history and I have zero bans or suspensions. I have never cheated in apex and have over 500 hours into the game. If someone could help me with these issues it would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me no ban history but yet i'm banned right after that code: snake. We are not the only ones seems like there is more people going tru this. I suggest the EA team to look into this as a possible Ooopsy in their system and adress this issue. This is happening to a lot of us and they just keep telling us to appeal our cases to just keep telling us that the found evidence ETC. There is no appeal here EA, it's time to look into this and FIX IT!
If you look at other forums, treads etc its happening to quite a few ppl. I heard of ppl getting banned form Apex for no reason, now i know how it feels, $1000+ 5000+ hrs PS4 + PC combined and then they just trow all that out the window, it hits deeper than they think it does. I'm smart and know better but one of my friends even thought about killing themselves over this when it happened to him.
This bug is insane, I can't believe such a widespread issue isn't getting any attention or even being resolved. I got hit with code: snake. I tried contacting ToS and they are standing by their actions and says that I was cheating, how? Besides the fact my stats are garbage (photo attached), I've been playing for about a month and even spent the money to get Rampart's Heirloom. Why in the world would I risk that money spent by hacking?
I mainly play this game to spend time with my nephew from afar. This whole issue makes me sick at how we're being treated.
