constant 4 second freezing after two hours of playing apex

Apex starts to freeze for a couple seconds after 2 hours of gameplay on my PC.

I've checked the temperature on my system and they're all fine. I've also played other games, and this problem only occurs when I play Apex.

I've updated my bios/Drivers, repasted my CPU, made sure all my fans are working in my PC, Uninstalled and reinstalled the game on a different drive and still nothing.

This is so bad my PC even starts to freeze up even after I close the game. I see a bunch of people have had this issue but none of them had a solution.

I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a MSI 4070 with 32GB of Ram. I don't know what could be causing the issue. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
