Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website.

Thanks for giving it a shot.
It is strange that it only seems to happen periodically. Does it seem like there's any pattern to it at all? Are you in a particular part of the map, for instance?/Kent
- 5 years ago@EA_Kent The packet loss is constant. Part of the map doesn't matter. I can see it as soon as during the drop. The latency symbol is the one that is periodic, but it is mostly the constant packet loss issue.

Ah, I see what you mean.
When you've got the chance could you try running a UO Trace? That would give us a detailed look at the connection between your PC and the servers, so if there's something happening along the way we may be able to spot it.
