Constant packet loss icon while playing

I have been getting constant packet loss in game for a couple weeks now with latency periodically. The server list doesn't show any ping or packet loss issues. This is only in game while playing.

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website.

@EA_Kent None of those steps improved play. It is only once in a game where it is constant packet loss with the symbol in the top right corner.

Thanks for giving it a shot.

It is strange that it only seems to happen periodically. Does it seem like there's any pattern to it at all? Are you in a particular part of the map, for instance?

  @EA_Kent The packet loss is constant. Part of the map doesn't matter. I can see it as soon as during the drop. The latency symbol is the one that is periodic, but it is mostly the constant packet loss issue.

    When you've got the chance could you try running a UO Trace? That would give us a detailed look at the connection between your PC and the servers, so if there's something happening along the way we may be able to spot it.
