I have the same issue, I just have to start the game (I dont have to be in a match) and after almost exactly 15-16min. it crashes with a BSOD "Page fault in non paged area".
The only thing that changed when it started crashing like that was Apex itself with an update 4 weeks ago.
Sad thing is, it is reproducible: I start my PC, I start Apex, then it crashes, then restart PC it does exactly the same and after the second restart it DOESN'T happen and I can play Apex normally as before the patch.
OS: Win10
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Mainboard: MSI B450-A Pro
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4-3200 G.Skill CL16
GPU: MSI RX Vega 56 AIR BOOST 8G OC
EDIT: I've checked my RAM with memtest for 3hours, there are no problems found.
won't you address this?
- 6 years ago@AramanserTtv seems like no one just reading about this problem. Im starting to be very upset about game dev priorities.
I wont play any more till they solve this i already lost 1 harddrive on all those BSOD, wont do it twice.- 6 years ago
I seriously don't want to believe it, but it seems they don't care as we, those experiencing this issue, are just a tiny minority of people.
I'd even apprechiate an "We've taken note of this issue and working on resolving it.", but nothing so far. Very disappointing.
Haven't played Apex for roughly 2 weeks now, as I don't want to risk harming my system in any way. Even if the issue will be addressed and fixed at some point during this season grinding up to lvl 110 could be sheer impossible without playing all around the clock.
It's sad, but better safe than sorry. Rather not play Apex anymore (until an actual working fix gets rolled out) than getting even more trouble with my PC.
