CreateTexture2D failed for GFx_TextureAsset_ResizeAndCopy

Hi there, When I play the tutorial, this error comes eventually. Any idea how to solve this?

Rx580 8gb here... I tried to repair the game in origin but it still happenning

    Hey all,

    Usually an error like that indicates an outdated video card driver. I'd double-check to make sure it's updated.

    I searched "createtexture2d" in our Answers HQ and see there are some various posts on this. There could be a variety of things causing it, but this solution below seems to be working for a lot of PC players at the moment.

      I'm updating drivers and reinstalling the game(Actually, I uninstalled it before updating drivers, so both could be the answer).
      I'll update about the problems in a few hours.

        Which Driver version are you using????? I just updated to 19.2.1 n still having issues

      Hi

      I tried reinstalling nvidia drivers (gtx 1070) after uninstalling them and even reinstalled the game but it still gives some error like the one OP posted and the game crashes...

      Can I send you guys logs or something?

        I updated drivers and reinstalled origin but i still get that error. GTX 1070ti here. Im reinstalling the game to see if that fixes it.
