Credentials have expired

I get a message every time i go onto apex legends saying “your login credentials might have expired” I looked if to this found out the I have to go to www.ea.com go to sign in then forgot password. d...

    Hey @silentWraith3752 

    If you have already tried resetting your EA Account password, and are still getting the message your credentials have expired.... you will need to reach out to an EA Advisor for our support to further investigate your account.
