That still doesn't explain why I can't access my store or my legends or my load out. I re-downlaoded it several times too.

The reason for that is because you unlinked PlayStation account from your main EA Account.

That the reason I can't even go to the tabs or look at what's in the store? I can't even unlink my stuff until after a year or so thats so dumb.

I understand your frustration.
But this can be fixed if you want to link back your actual linked account to your main EA Account.
