- В Origin в настройках игры Game Properties поменяйте на английский язык.
Ve a la biblioteca, click derecho en el juego y selecciona la opcion "reparar" y espera a que verifique el juego y descargue el archivo que falta. Eso hice y me funcionó.

Worked for me, no need to re-download the Game, just switch the Apex-Language to English and it´s gonna automaticly download the missing parts, after this you should be able to start it.
i have a slow internet connection and it took me 4h to download it... my god
