DirectX 12 is not working on older Intel CPUs

DirectX 12 is not working on older Intel CPUs, seems to be affecting 4th gen and below, I understand those CPUs are old now but on DX11 Apex works just fine, and I'm sure me and some other people could expect a nice performance boost with DX12, but we can't even launch the game. Opening the game with -anticheat_settings=SettingsDX12.json parameter opens EAC, tries to load the process and then the process disappears from the task manager, and leaves a .dmp file in Crashpad folder inside game's directory. Happens on both EA launcher and Steam.

Here are my .dmp's https://drive.google.com/drive/u/5/folders/1sU2qhKOqQZ93EdLrrEbccSXIOe2pIyzY

For even more information, refer to those 2 threads, people uploaded .dmp files related to the issue.
