what if i did it before the update because i had a old xbox account that got banned so i link my apex account from xbox to playstation but now all my stuff on xbox is gone and i don't know what to do.
I have a bit of a different issue…so I have my (main) Xbox EA account which also has my Nintendo, Steam (PC) and even an Amazon account linked. However my PS account cannot be linked because it is very old and apparently at some point EA decided it was a dormant account and changed the email attached to the account to an EA email address…something like 16****@disabled.ea.com. Of course I don not have access to the EA email account, so I can’t change the pew to reactivate the account. I have tried to contact EA to get them to re-enable my PS account so that I can link it with all my other accounts, but there is no way to contact them apparently (no chat, no phone, no email??). Great customer service. I have spent over a thousand $ on Apex, and would like to have the option to play on my PS5 - I loaded the most recent version of Apex onto it, but it won’t connect to the EA servers?!? Any others out there experiencing a similar issue?? Suggestions?
