I also had the same issue. In September of 2023, I switched the email that my EA Account was linked to, and my Apex account was completely reset. I switched the email my EA account was linked to back to the original one, and am still seeing my account is reset. I logged a ticket with Support and they said this was an issue they were actively looking into.
