Community ManagerHey @Carma1115 the last time I kept seeing errors such as this related to my GPU I had to replace it. Once I installed the new card I didn't see the issue again. Generally if this was an issue with the game we would be seeing a lot of reports of this.
Based on your DxDiag, to start with the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
You should also try the game on a new Windows admin account.

No corrupted or missing files when running the system file checker. When I created a new admin account I was able to play 4 full games before getting a 2 new crashes in a row. The first one is uploaded and the second one is crashes me to a black screen, did the windows ding and then disconnected my mouse. Only way to clear the crash was a power cycle
