EA Apps not crediting

Hi,

Are you guys having issue with EA help ticket issue? 

Context: I bought coins through EA app and the coin never arrived but money was taken.

I raised 3 tickets asking for help but all 3 tickets got marked as fixed and closed out. I tried to resume the case but it just lead me to a page asking me to read articles.

Why did they close my case without even responding to it? Or am I not doing something correctly?
