EA Support / TOS team sucks

I have been facing challenges with the support system on Apex Legends after being falsely banned. Despite providing evidence and submitting numerous cases, I have not received the assistance needed. Interestingly, another user on Twitter experienced the same issue, presented identical proof, and had their ban overturned by a dev. This discrepancy raises questions about fairness and potential favoritism in the support process.

  • I had a similar experience recently when it came to disputing the effectiveness of chatbots. It seems like they may only provide auto-responses without thoroughly verifying the information. After using My EA Data and discovering unauthorized access to my account from another country, issues arose that were not present before.
