SOLUTION:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat and delete the .sys file
the game should now work!
Received multiple errors after launching game, hitting play. Game crashes. First Error was received last night. Today, repaired Apex Legends, rebooted PC. Same error, read forums, then uninstalled Origin, reinstalled; Error 2.
Rebooting again... please stand by.
Ok good news, doing more digging, I noticed the community manager has been pointing people to much needed software updates for video cards. In my case, there's an optional update, and the patch notes reveal, support for Apex Legends.

Was on 19.1.1, version 19.2.1 seems to solve the issue. Will keep y'all up to date.
Also seemed to have received a new error after windows update. Hope this fixes my issue.
