Bumping this topic- Would be great to get some clarity on regional availability/ release dates for Asian countries.

    Hey I saw you were having the same issue i was. I ended up going straight to the Origin store webpage in Chrome "https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/apex/apex", adding it to my library, and then it let me install it. Maybe it will work for you too.
