error persistence read complete for data storage "respawn" failed

I am currently having the same issue that you have as well. But I have no clue what to do either. I hope that someone will have some knowledge that they will know how to resolve this problem that we seem to have within trying to download and play the game. 

Installed the game last night and tried playing today. I was able to do the training then I got this message. Quit out and reloaded game and I get the message again.  

Also the game takes a really long time to load initially.  It reads a ton of data and then sits there and eventually this message occurs. 

Same here, They tweeted an hour or so ago saying they are working on it.

I noticed on pc that this happened after I unexpectedly closed mid game.

Repair your game > Restart > Run origin as administrator

If this does not work uninstall the game, something is corrupt on your profile. If this does not work, make a new account until a proper fix comes (the game will work on the new account).
