This problem has been annoying as hell, for me.  After some random installing, reinstalling, messing with firewall, etc, etc. it will get past this error, but only rarely.

Just an update:  I have learned that repeatedly pressing "Cancel" and then "Play" will eventually trick it into going to 100%, but only if you can first get the window with the progress bar that starts as "5%".

    Thanks for the reply. I am still having issues even after uninstalling/reinstalling. Hopefully they can give us some answers soon.
