False Ban on recent ban wave

I got banned permanently in apex on April 1st while playing ranked with a friend on worlds edge

I have never cheated in any game ever and despise people who do. I have nothing downloaded on my computer that should trigger a ban the only thing ive done recently to my computer was wipe my drivers and reinstall them trying to fix a bug that would crash my game whenever storm point was in rotation because my AMD gpu is a little older.

I appealed the ban and got denied by the automated bot so before i use my 2 other appeal attempts i wanted to see if i could get a real person or dev or something non robotic to help me

I can give any proof that is asked for i tried downloading my EA data to see my logs to take screenshots of anything to help but it doesn't seem to be working as its been downloading for about a day now.

I really dont want to lose my account and i really want to play apex with my friends as were all getting back into the game. Ive spent hundreds of hours on that account and even have an heirloom i would never risk my account getting banned.

Please help me

Unfortunately we cna't help with bans at all here on the forums. I can only recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team if you want to raise a dispute. They're the only team with the power to look into bans and sanctions on EA accounts.

Me too man, they have been denying all my appeals like literally check my stats and winrate, if I was cheating why are they so dog **bleep**

YA'LL not the only ones lol joke company F2P game spent thousands of hrs and hundreds and thousand of pound on this game and still can't tell cheater and normal players

Yeah a ton of ppl got false bans, specifically while playing bot evovled lately, I was one of them, idunno if the system is flagging people who are getting high dmg/kills( that's outside there normal range) in the bot evovled mode. Good luck on the appeal. I only know of 1 or 2 that successfully got their bans removed. Id prob just make another account to play with friends while you wait for your appeal. It can take them weeks to months.

I never played that only ranked but got banned this morning for "gameplay enhancement"

Im going to keep this reply train to ever person that has had a false ban regardless of what happened to hopefully get sone attention to it, they keep yelling about, say we've banned some many people but aren't seeing that maybe they're banning everything they see without doubke checking if it's actually cheating or just a false positive. I know the community has alot but false positives happen all the time but they don't care about regular players like that, only the 9nes with communities behind them.
