Midnight9746​ Yes, I know, I just wanted to see if anyone has been having the same issue because this extreme unfair.. all I wanted to do was just play the game but it seems like EA likes to false ban the players who normal play the game instead of actual cheaters..

My account hasn’t been used for a long time, but today when I logged into my Apex, I found that my account was banned.

Yup. I randomly got banned for 'Gameplay enhancements', never cheated in my life and its so frustrating as I keep getting automated responses, I dont even know how to cheat and if i ask i get directed to a useless appeals team. I cant do anything and they wont let me prove my innocence through something like a pc check.

i also got a false ban. the apex team is relentlessly ignoring the situation saying there is "no bug" when clearly a large majority of players are coming here for answers, no responses on twitter, no help

I also got a false ban. I was playing with my friends and got banned. I made a new account since since one of my friends is new and was trying to play ranked with him. That account got banned for gameplay enhancements, then I logged in with my Main account which I had that account since season 1 and invested a lot, I was in the firing range then it was also false banned since maybe there is an IP ban, that's why I cannot play anymore
