What happens when the bug occurs? Getting maybe 30% hit points registered. Game crashes (kernel panic type crash) within 90 seconds of game play

I'm starting to wonder if you guys even have any quality control. I've been looking forward to this season, especially since you're hyping a supposed improvement to matchmaking. Downloaded the update, even restarted my console, several times. Game crashes out within 90 seconds every time. Server condition shows under 70 MS with a jitter between 0 to 2% packet loss on Oregon servers even the GCE ones. Hot fix is needed like now. Especially since I purchased this season. I'd like to get my money's worth please
