im having this issue as well except i hit #103 pred for S19 and instead this game rewards me as a Master . My other friends got their pred rewards but not me fml.

It works if you copy the 2 files : EasyAntiCheat_x64 and EasyAntiCheat_x86 from the Easy AntiCheat folder ( it is located in the main Apex folder ) and put them in the main Apex folder ( where the game is installed )
BTW EA : The users solved your issue .... great ... keep it up 🙂
So basically I hit pred and got 460 and the first time I got into the season I was on pc (I’m a Xbox pred) and it made me master instead of pred and now I’m on my console and it’s not changing. Please help
