[FIX] Stabilize CTD ( Random Crash to Desktop )

Okay guys i've been testing this for over 60 games and i had 3 crashes so its not a fix but more of a stabilization. First we create a autoexec.cfg ( has to be a .cfg file not autoexec.txt.cfg !! ) ...

Literally the only thing that works in the whole forum. Certainly got something to do with either video settings or CPU cores. 

-i5 7400 GTX 960 here, was crashing each freakin game, no more.
