You will need to reach out to EA Help, as they would be the only ones able to assist you directly with it, and / or escalate the manner.
I'll give my take on it, though take it with a grain of salt for I am not a lawyer.
Personally I believe it will be unlikely that they will honor a refund.
If you already had the EA Virtual Currency (Apex Coins) in-game (Longer than 14-days), and accidentally made a purchase in-game with that currency, they would at the very least not be under any obligation to grant a refund.
